General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Moneli.ch online shop. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these GTC as binding. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Moneli.ch expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Contracting Parties and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by Moneli.ch via email. Moneli.ch reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.
3. Product Description and Offer
- Personalized gifts (e.g., embroidered textiles, individual gift items)
- Digital embroidery files for download
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. Color deviations due to different screen displays are possible.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. For personalized gifts, additional shipping costs apply; the customer’s share of shipping costs for this delivery is CHF 8.00. Digital embroidery files are exempt from shipping costs. Moneli.ch reserves the right to change prices. The price stated at the time of order placement is decisive.
5. Delivery and Delivery Times
5.1 Personalized Gifts
The delivery time for personalized gifts is approximately 10 working days from receipt of payment and complete provision of all necessary personalization data. Shipping is to the delivery address provided by the customer within Switzerland.
In case of incomplete or unclear personalization details, the delivery period may be extended accordingly.
5.2 Digital Embroidery Files
Digital embroidery files are available for download immediately after receipt of payment. The download link will be sent via email and is valid for a reasonable period.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered embroidery files immediately upon receipt and to report any defects.
If Moneli.ch’s inspection reveals that the embroidery files have detectable defects, the purchased embroidery files will be checked and, if necessary, replaced free of charge for the customer.
5.3 Delivery Delays
Delivery delays due to force majeure, operational disruptions, official measures, or other unforeseeable events do not entitle the customer to claims for damages.
6. Personalization
For personalized products, the customer is responsible for the correct provision of all personalization requests (e.g., names, texts, dates). Moneli.ch uses the information as submitted by the customer. A correction loop is not performed automatically.
The customer should carefully check their information. In the event of errors in the personalization data submitted by the customer, there is no right to exchange or refund.
7. Ownership and Copyrights
7.1 Personalized Gifts
The customer assures that they possess the necessary rights for the use of logos, images, texts, or other content submitted for personalization. The customer indemnifies Moneli.ch against any third-party claims.
7.2 Digital Embroidery Files
The digital embroidery files are protected by copyright. With the purchase, the customer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for private or commercial self-use. The transfer, resale, or reproduction of the files is prohibited.
8. Payment Methods
Moneli.ch offers the following payment methods for private customers and companies:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Postfinance Pay
- TWINT
Payment is due immediately after order completion. For digital content, activation occurs after receipt of payment. For physical products, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
9.1 General Right of Withdrawal
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of return. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 14-day right of return from receipt of goods.
9.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
- Personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications
- Digital embroidery files, once the download link has been activated or the file downloaded
9.3 Returns
Goods for which a right of withdrawal exists can be returned within 14 days in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
10. Warranty and Notification of Defects
Moneli.ch warrants that the delivered products are free from material and manufacturing defects. In the event of justified claims for defects, Moneli.ch will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
Defects must be reported immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods, in writing and accompanied by photos.
For digital embroidery files, Moneli.ch guarantees that the files are technically flawless in common formats. Compatibility with the customer’s embroidery machine is the customer’s responsibility.
11. Liability
Moneli.ch is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Data Protection
Moneli.ch processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
13. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For all disputes arising from or in connection with contracts between Moneli.ch and the customer, Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Schwyz.
